This series is designed to help Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providers effectively develop and implement a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program within the nursing home setting. Participants will learn how to enhance both the quality of nursing care and the overall quality of life for residents by identifying specific facility improvement opportunities and implementing dynamic performance improvement activities. The course will also focus on strengthening the impact of QAPI initiatives through enhanced interdisciplinary team collaboration and more efficient program execution.
